The Joseph Blake Water Treatment Plant Phase 1B Improvement Project began construction in March 2024 and is schedule for completion in the summer of 2026. The project includes the construction of a new chemical storage building, an underground utility corridor, and sitewide electrical improvements, including a diesel generator that can be used as a backup power supply for much of the plant.
