Highlands Ranch Water will hold its next director election on May 4, 2027. Three at-large seats will be up for election. Registered voters who live in or own property in the district boundary may vote in the election. 

Request an Absentee Ballot 

Request an absentee ballot to vote in the May 4, 2027 election. Applications will be accepted until the close of business Tuesday, April 27, 2027.  

Complete the application and submit it to the Designated Election Official via mail, hand-delivered or sent via email to elections@hrwater.org.
