Pipeline Replacement Projects

Highlands Ranch Water will complete infrastructure improvements in three neighborhoods this summer, replacing approximately 2,175 linear feet of aging water and sewer pipelines. These upgrades address systems that have required more frequent repairs in recent years. Construction involves excavating and removing existing pipelines before installing new mains. Public streets will remain open throughout the project.

Work will take place in the following areas:

  1. Gleneagles Village Parkway and Cresthill Lane
  2. Highlands Ranch Parkway and Silver Maple Street
  3. Shadow Mountain Drive between Old Stone Drive and Arrowhead Road
