Pipeline Replacement Projects
Work is scheduled to begin on the Shadow Mountain and Gleneagles Village pipelines on June 15. Work on the Silver Maple pipeline will begin once the Shadow Mountain project is complete, we anticipate it will be sometime in July. Regular updates with more detailed information will be provided to customers who send us their contact information as requested below.
Highlands Ranch Water and Highlands Ranch Metro District are collaborating on infrastructure improvement projects in three neighborhoods this summer, replacing approximately 2,175 linear feet of aging water and sewer pipelines. These upgrades address systems that have required more frequent repairs in recent years. Construction involves excavating and removing existing pipelines before installing new mains. Public streets will remain open throughout the project.
Work will take place in the following areas:
- Gleneagles Village Parkway and Cresthill Lane
- Wildcat Reserve Parkway and Silver Maple Road
- Shadow Mountain Drive between Old Stone Drive and Arrowhead Road
