Residential High Efficiency Toilet Rebate

Highlands Ranch Water residential customers are eligible for a rebate of up to $100 when they upgrade their less water efficient units with an ultra-high efficient MaP Premium toilet rated at 0.8 gallons per flush or less. Toilets rated higher than 0.8 gallons per flush do not qualify for the rebate. Toilets must be MaP Premium listed. Limit of two rebates per household.

Applications must include a receipt and be submitted within 90 days of purchase.

Installation costs, sales tax, and shipping and handling costs are not covered.

Rebates are not guaranteed. Funding is limited to first-come, first-served.

What is a MaP score?

MaP scores calculate how well a toilet flushes solid waste. A MaP score of 600g or more helps ensure that your new high-efficiency toilet will work efficiently.

Apply for a residential high efficiency toilet rebate

Applicants that do not provide all of the receipt information will not be processed.
Submission of the online application is not considered complete until the affidavit of lawful presence is signed by the applicant. An affidavit will be sent to your email to fill out following the submission of the online application. When this information is received, the rebate application will be processed in the order of receipt. Rebate checks will be issued within three to six weeks of completion of the online application.
