New High Efficiency Toilet Rebates available in 2026

Simple, flat design of a toilet with a toilet paper roll beside it, all set against a blue background.

Highlands Ranch Water is excited to introduce a new rebate to help customers upgrade to high-efficiency toilets that use significantly less water. Toilets are one of the largest sources of indoor water use, accounting for nearly 24% of indoor water consumption. Replacing older models with high-efficiency toilets is an easy and impactful way to reduce your indoor water use.

This new rebate is part of our ongoing commitment to helping the community conserve our most precious resource.

High Efficiency Toilet Rebates

Both residential and commercial customers are eligible for rebates when upgrading less efficient units with an ultra-high efficient MaP (Maximum Performance) Premium-rated toilet that uses 0.8 gallons or less per flush.

  • Residential customers may receive a rebate of up to $100 per toilet, with a limit of two rebates per household.
  • Commercial customers may receive $50 per toilet, with a limit of 200 toilets per service address.

Program requirements

Rebate applications must include a receipt and be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Installation costs, sales tax, and shipping and handling fees are not eligible for reimbursement. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available.

To qualify for the rebate, toilets must be MaP Premium-rated and use 0.8 gallons or less per flush. Toilets rated higher than 0.8 gallons per flush do not qualify for the rebate.

What is a MaP score?

MaP stands for Maximum Performance. It is a standardized testing system that measures how well a toilet removes solid waste in a single flush. A MaP score of 600g or more helps ensure that your new high-efficiency toilet will work properly. MaP Premium-rated toilets provide the highest level of performance.
